We talked about Cynicism in the call. If we think about the perspective of Jack, he did all of these because it helped with his survival. He trained his subconscious properly to focus on his goals.

The problem would arise if we suggest someone to overcome limiting belief. I heard these advices earlier but didn't work for me. And I felt hopeless for not making progress. It felt like there is something wrong inside me for not overcoming limiting belief.

I lacked power to take action that time. I didn't had good skills and also lacked confidence. I addressed those issues and now face no issue in taking actions.
